McPherson Cellars Wine Dinner at Hoffman Haus

The McPherson family shouldn't need an introduction but let's just say that their history stretches as far back as you can go with any current Texas wineries, grape growers or winemakers. While most of us in the Hill Country have seen the explosion of new producers and growers first hand, we really have Doc McPherson to thank for setting the stage for what is now a dynamic and fast-growing industry.

Nonetheless, Kim McPherson hasn't rested on his family's laurels and has continued to innovate and make precise and approachable wines. Our goal is to showcase a broad spectrum of varietals and how they do in the High Plains as well as some back vintages to showcase the quality of the winemaking.

While the food and wine will be the focal point, Kim himself will be attending, and he always has great insight and passion to share with his guests. Space is limited....grab a seat soon!
