You may already know Leslie as the Owner of Hoffman Haus and as the healthy cooking guru at The Peach Basket. Aside from being a quintessential hostess, world traveler, and tastemaker, Leslie is also a herself a vegetarian and she's on a mission to debunk the myth of vegan/vegetarian cuisine being just "bunny food".
