Otto’s German Bistro opened in July 2013, introducing farm-to-table German cuisine to the Texas Hill Country. We are dedicated to sourcing from local, independent farms and ranches as well as artisan producers from near and far. Our beverage program reflects our love for German and Austrian wines, craft beers, and creative cocktails.
Our culinary team, lead by Düsseldorf native Chef Henry Gutkin, creates a seasonally focused menu made up of modern interpretations of traditional German and Austrian cuisine. We aim to provide our guests with a convivial setting in which to enjoy a thoughtfully composed dining experience served by a team of dedicated, detail-oriented staff.
